Version 1.1, hand-free data submission! Tap "+" and Signals will automatically obtain both your location and signal strength information and send to the server. Tap "+" again to stop it.

Thanks to all who have submitted data. We are getting 10,000 to 20,000 data points per day.

More features are planned (heat map, view by carrier etc) but we need more data points! Please submit data, and tell your friends about it.

Signals is a database app for user-submitted iPhone signal strength.

Want to know the signal coverage for your area? Want to know where the dead spots are? Want to warn others about areas with bad reception?

1. Hands-free data submission. Tap "+" once. It automatically obtains your location from the iPhone's location service and the signal strength, and submit the data at a set interval (which can be changed in the Settings page). Tap "+" again to stop.

2. Easy to see the signal strength data around you. It is displayed on a map, which is scrollable and stretchable.

3. See the signal strength for your particular iPhone model, or all iPhones.
