Design Features

Content
All of the editorial information and images within are stored locally on your device. This means you can use the app even whilst you’re flying to London, or, even better still, on the London Underground where there is no signal at all!

Content Updates
To keep the guide up-to-date whilst still ensuring the content can be viewed offline, from-time-to-time we will publish content updates that you will be able to download directly from the application and again, this information will be stored locally on your device. This also means that over time you will see the guide grow to include more and more great things to see and do in London and, as the Olympics come to town in 2012, loads of useful information specific to visiting London at that time.

Google Maps Integration
For the best user experience the London Travel Guide uses Google Maps to display the locations of the many points of interest listed. What’s more you can use this feature offline too (please see inside app for details). Maps can also be filtered to show only the categories your searching for.
