ABOUT US

When we started developing our first Reshape gym, we wanted to be more than just a gym. We wanted to create a buzz and feeling of community when you walk into our facilities.



We did our market research and looked at many independent gyms around london and surrounding areas and noticed if you take away the equipment there is nothing else to there gyms or what they offer. This is something we didn’t want for Reshape! We wanted to create a feeling of when you walk in you immediately feel good and feel invited to our space.


We haven’t only considered the major things that you need to have when opening a gym like the best equipment or A-star hit class but the small details which sometimes get unnoticed, but when is noticed is always appreciated. Like a welcoming face at reception or all our staff knowing our members on first name terms. These things are the small little touches that can sometimes make your experience at a gym that little bit more welcoming and feel like your part of the Reshape family.




With that We are though serious about our equipment, and haven’t cut any corners. With our technogym machines and weights to our state of the art sound system we’re also focused about giving Reshape personality, with live DJs, while training and community competitions creating a space for fun.



And coming to Reshape you don’t have to be a super fit person or even slightly fit you just have to want to come to our gym and enjoy your experience weather that be training, doing a hit class or just wanting to let of some steam in the sauna or steam room we have, all this can be done with a post juice or smoothies.

Reshape your mind, body and soul! And come and enjoy what we have to offer.
