Manage your health, fitness and daily connectivity with iConnect Next by Timex, the free companion app for tracking your heart rate, all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more. Connect a compatible iConnect smartwatch to improve your health by managing your steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more. Setup a custom profile and daily step goal to create a truly personal and customized experience. The iConnect Next by Timex app also allows you to sync your data with Apple Health.

Features:

ACTIVITY TRACKING: For all-day tracking of steps, calories burned, active minutes, and sleep, pair the app with your iConnect smartwatch.

NOTIFICATIONS: When paired via Bluetooth with an iConnect smartwatch you can manage your notification, incoming call and do not disturb settings directly from the app. MONITOR HEART RATE: Collect your Heart Rate data by wearing your smartwatch. Use the app to view insights, manage stress and see the results of your workouts. See how your heart rate trends can improve your fitness.

RECORD WORKOUTS: Track your exercise, then check the app to view your progress and how your performance is improving. HOW ARE YOU SLEEPING?: Use a compatible iConnect smartwatch and app to monitor your sleep time and quality.

WATCH FACE LIBRARY: Update your compatible watch from a large selection of custom watch faces or choose a photo from the library of your smartphone.

BLOOD OXYGEN: Measure your blood oxygen (SPO2 %) using your compatible iConnect by Timex smartwatch.

STRESS LEVEL: Measure your stress level from 1-99 based on your heart rate variability.

RELAX: Whether you are feeling stressed or just need a short break, use the 1 or 2 minute guided breathing feature to help achieve a more relaxed state.
