Papa's is a local Family Owned and runned business established in the heart of Newcastle since 2014. We hand roll boil and bake our bagels fresh every day. The bagels are made using artisan sourdough bread techniques using flour water and yeast . The bagels go through 2 fermentations prior to being boiled and baked making them alot easier to digest. We believe fresh is best and that a home made and preservative free product will keep our customers healthy and coming back because of the amazing flavours.
