App Description

Fluency Align helps providers create more time to care for their patients. Our ambient mobile solution lifts the burden of documentation wherever you are by capturing the conversation and turning it into a clinically relevant complete patient record.





Using a combination of speech technology, a medical scribe, and machine learning, recorded clinical encounters are converted into fully completed notes, orders and referrals.

Structured and narrative data is populated to the appropriate sections of the electronic health record. Providers simply record their visit, add instructions if needed then review and sign off a few hours later
