App Description
A patient interface that offers patients digital communication with the healthcare personnel as well as accumulation of data regarding diabetes and other chronic diseases. The app integrates with the Health app.
Functionality,
1. Login
2. Allow health-kit access. HealthKit will use to calculate steps count in the app .
3. Enter data through log data and submit
4. There is restricted chat facility only to doctor who available in organisation which registered with the app owner.
