This app provides a variety of personal care stories to help you realize your goals, one step at a time. Education stories help you learn something new, skill stories teach you a valuable skill and habit stories help you build sustainable healthy habits.

We’ll recommend stories based on your personal choices. As you share these interests and interact with the app, we learn more about what you like and recommend the most valuable stories for you. 

This builds in your interest profile. The interest profile allows you to make changes when you see a mismatch with your interests too.

Marking milestones and celebrating are important too. The journal allows you to track your progress, celebrate your successes and encourages you to reflect on your selfcare.
