Our application gives you visual feedback in real time about all your acceleration values. By the way: A punching bag is perfect, even as a bloody beginner, to impoverish yourself at the training ground or at home in the living room.
The connection between sensors and application is automatic. We suggest to have one Movesense sensor per wrist and heel in combination with a smart connector (Auto connect). Add the Movesense heart rate belt for an optimal workout to receive real time data in combination with your movement and sparing time.
