Thunderstorm movement and intensity is displayed on a simple, interactive map. When thunderstorms develop, remember to watch this app to see live strikes near your area or anywhere around the nation.

* Which direction do thunderstorms move? Analyze speed, direction of movement and intensity of thunderstorm systems using interactive map and decide when storms are most likely to hit your area
* Provides visualizations of lightning strikes occurred up to 6 hours
* Provides a detailed look at past lightning frequency and trends
* You can also check for lightning near saved locations
* Provides auto-updated realtime map of lightning strikes
* New lightning strikes have a white animated circle which gets smaller
* Lightning strikes are displayed as circles and fade from white (current) to dark brown (10 minutes ago) to blue (greater than 10 minutes and up to 6 hours ago with 15-minute intervals)
