App Description
CityChat is a geofenced app that is enabled for the City of San Leandro, California. CityChat is the official app for the Cherry Festival which will be held on June 1 in San Leandro. As more cities are enabled within CityChat, the updated list of cities will be posted here.
CityChat is powered by Cici, an AI chatbot who connects constituents with local government and facilitates continuous interaction. You can share with Cici your feedback, opinions, requests, and specific issues that you are experiencing in your local communities. Cici brings your feedback to your government leaders and opens tickets for them to prioritize and act upon. Cici keeps you updated on progress through alerts and notifications. You can report issues like unaddressed potholes, broken streetlights, uneven pavements, unsanitary conditions, noise disturbance, unauthorized parking, or animal control. You can ask Cici about events and activities organized in your city. You also can ask Cici about pressing matters like local crime incidents, and emergency alerts.
