At Velocity Church, we point people in the right direction to fulfill the Great Commission. Also, as a church, we keep it simple. We don't try to make it complicated or complex. We believe that God has empowered Velocity Church to reach this city for Christ and we hold tightly to the vision that God has given us.
In Mark 12:28-34, we see an interaction between Jesus and a scribe. The scribe asked Jesus, "Which commandment is the most important of all?" Jesus answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all of your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." These two commandments sum up our Vision! We make all decisions based off the statement, "Love God, Love People!"
One of the biggest questions we receive from visitors and members is, "how do we know God more?" We have put together a set of values that we believe will help every person grow in their spiritual maturity as they become more like Christ. We call them our SPEED Values.
Share your story - Sometimes sharing your faith is intimidating. At Velocity Church, we understand this emotion and want to help equip people with the courage and skills to share their excitement about what Jesus has done in their lives.
Power to Serve - Jesus came to serve, not to be served. He has given us the same power to serve even when we don't think we have the strength or energy. At Velocity Church, we equip people to serve God, serve others on our campus and within the community.
Enjoy God - At Velocity Church, we encourage our people to truly enjoy God. We enjoy Him through personal Bible study, prayer and worship, whether it is private or together on Sunday mornings.
Excited to Give - The Bible is clear that God loves a cheerful giver. At Velocity Church, we encourage our people to obey in giving their tithe, but also to give of their time, skills and resources.
Do Life Together - It is impossible to do life alone, so we want everyone at Velocity Church to get connected with others that share common interests. Together we can encourage and push each other to a deeper relationship with God.

* Cloud Based Journal: Your Pursue Journal is accessible online anytime at www.PursueJournal.com. This allows you to be able to add entries anywhere, anytime and they are automatically linked to your Velocity Church app.
