App Description

Generate random CrossFit WOD workouts, from an array of categories including:

- Hero
- Girls
- Travel
- Benchmark
- AMRAP
- Power
- Endurance

Once you have found the WOD you like, click on workout start the attached timer (amrap, stopwatch, countdown etc) and once complete, log it and come back next time to beat it!
