App Description

Wonderful app that will help you develop Explosive reactions. It will be a perfect companion to prepare you for any sport that requires quick and explosive reactions. It allows you to select maximum interval between beeps and duration of the session. While the application is running you have to perform a specific action as quickly as possible when you hear the beep and stay alert for the next beep.

How it works:
- select preferred interval for maximum interval between beeps and the duration of the training session.
- start the timer and place the device behind you or face down so that you can not see the screen. It will beep at random times for the selected duration.
Your goal is to perform a given action as quickly as possible (hit, kick, run, jump, change direction and etc.)
