This printable home inspection app can help you identify problem areas before bringing in an official home inspector. Sellers can use it before listing their home for sale. Buyers can have it in hand while doing a walk-through prior to buying a new home.

This simple app helps you maintain your house. The inspection checklists provides a way to make notes about the condition of important features in your home, room-by-room.

How to use the app?

- Start with adding basic information about your house.
- Keep a track of key inspection activities using the different worksheets.
- Checklists for inspection activities at various house sites have been provided.
-Ability to add and edit the entries and add notes have also been provided.

We wish to share that entering information at this juncture could be improved, and would love to hear your feedback at [email protected]. Further, the checklists are for personal use only. It should not be used in place of an official home inspection. The list may not be comprehensive. Contact a qualified certified home inspector for an official inspection.
