App Description

These exercises are designed for 30 days with 3 sets each. The number of workouts will increase with each day. Following simple instructions and properly performing all the techniques, you will be able to make toned up and stronger arms.

In our app, you will find a specially designed program, as well as all the necessary instructions:
• These workouts do not require special equipment.
• You can do the exercises both at home and in the gym.
• The workout plan is designed for 30 days.
