The main Attribute of this Feast is Roasted Goose that is called "Martinigansl". It is usually baked in the oven with dumpling, chestnuts or red cabbage. It’s up to you what spices and garnish to choose.
There are several stages of cooking this savory dish. Let's start!
1) take a nice and fat goose
2) smear it with various spices
3) put the goose into the oven
4) decorate your dish with:
- dumpling
- chestnuts
- red cabbage
5) serve your masterpiece up and make a photo.
