It takes into account your current location and the upcoming weather forecast to determine if you'll be wasting your time and money. If there's a good chance of precipitation within the next couple days, there's no need to wash your car today. It's always frustrating when you spend money by going to a car wash, or spend hours doing it your self, just to have it rain the next day. You can potentially save time and money with this simple, yet useful app.
Be smart, don't get to chance the weather to surprise you.
