After that put out thorns from her hand and put on cream their.after clean a blood from her shoulder and give their injection of antibiotic.
And take a stitches because it is a deep injured.and take a X-ray because she has facture and make a plaster of paris in hand.
When all process is done she is absolutely feel better and smile after 5-10 days she will be ok.
