GeoMaster is a slick-looking, simple geography app. It could easily be great, but its lack of good iPhone integration, a blurry world map, and other problems stop me from recommending this one.

iHomework is a solid agenda app for keeping track of homework, quizzes, and grades. It does the job, and it’s sure easier to keep track of an iPhone than an agenda. Students looking for a bit more organization should find iHomework to be both intuitive and relatively robust.

Math Cards is a useful, simple study application for the four basic operations, set up in a multiple-choice quiz format.
