    Pocket Casts 4.0 adds a host of features and utilizes iOS 7. Podcasts can now be downloaded in the background (it's like we're living in the future!) and the app is also Universal. Progress listening to a podcast is now synced so that listeners can pick up right where left off from one device to another.
