At this point I’m relatively certain most of the country is familiar with Destiny. And for those looking to augment their game a bit, Bungie has changed their Bungie Mobile Companion App to Destiny Companion.
The release of Konami’s much-anticipated Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is drawing nearer, and it wouldn’t be a Metal Gear Solid game without some kind of peripheral fun to go along with it. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is going to ship with a special “iDroid” companion app that syncs the main game’s action to a secondary device – namely your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
The second-screen iDroid app will expand gameplay greatly, but touted features include the ability to “call up maps,” “summon air support,” and even play back the cassette tapes you find throughout “Camp Omega.” Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is launching on March 18, and you can expect the iDroid companion app to hit the App Store around the same time.
