RoboFighters could have been a decent game, but somehow it manages to make robot duels seem downright boring. In short: this is one to pass on.

FaceFighter reminds me of early versions of Mortal Kombat. I had a lot of fun with that game, especially when friends and beer were involved. I never got great at it because of all the buttons, combos, and fatality moves were hard for me to remember (was it the beer?). Thankfully, FaceFighter solves all of these problems and has simple controls (4 buttons), simple rules (hit & don’t get hit), and fast gameplay.

Ant Hill is an interesting, but limited, little simulation of an ant colony and the area around it. The ants swarm and meander about their environment fluidly while trying to deal with the sadistic actions of a, seemingly bored, observer.

I thought that the notion of a Mafia app with a cutesy pet theme sounded pretty dull—until I tried it. Epic Pet Wars is a quick, free, mindless MMO that’ll bring out the animal abuser in all of us.
