Phantom Chaser, the hit RPG from Phantom Games just got a huge new update that introduces a new character and some major gameplay updates that will really change the way you play. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a curious newcomer, this is an update that’s all about the fans, no matter where they are in their adventure. Here’s what you can expect.

Perhaps most importantly, Rangda joins Phantom Chaser’s diverse cast of characters. Rangda is a dangerous assassin who specializes in fast, close encounters thank to her high Dexterity stat. She’s a must have for any collection.

Older characters are getting a little TLC, too. It’s now a bit easier to collect certain rare characters. You can obtain Blue Dragon or Phoenix through Crafting, which simplifies things a little bit. Phantom Chaser will also be selecting “targeted characters”. Collect one of these special characters and you could win free Star Stones. Not a bad deal, no?

The Battlefield is getting a makeover, too. These battles will be more challenging, but your hard work will be paid off with even better rewards. The developers are making some balance fixes to monsters in Adventure mode, as well.

Phantom Chaser, overall, is going to be a much more streamlined experience. It will be easier to grow your characters and earn rewards for your efforts. Stamina usage has been lowered, meaning you’ll be able to spend more time playing the game, and less time waiting on timers, which is always good news to our ears.
