The Sims is making a return to mobile in the aptly titled The Sims Mobile. Details are sparse at the moment, but it looks like the game is modeled after the legacy challenge in the Sims 4. Players follow a family through the generations, developing their skills and collecting heirlooms that open up new opportunities for future sims down the line.
The free-to-play game has social elements, though it looks like a lot of the core Sims gameplay you know and love will be present, too. You'll be able to customize your sim's appearance and design your own homes. You can pursue social interactions or a career, among other possibilities.
We don't know when The Sims Mobile is launching, though the game is currently in soft-launch in Brazil. You can expect to find it on iOS and Android.
