Profits for Nintendo's mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes are apparently impressive enough to beat out other Nintendo titles likeSuper Mario Run, despite having 10 times fewer downloads.

According to a tweet byWall Street Journal tech reporter, Takashi Mochizuki,Fire Emblem Heroesmakes more money thanSuper Mario Run. This is surprising consideringSuper Mario Run is a paid app that's sold for a steep $9.99 USD, whereasFire Emblem Heroes is free-to-play, but includes in-app purchases. Even more interesting is the fact thatFire Emblem Heroes manages to outperformSuper Mario Run despite having a fraction of the paid app's downloads.

The Fire Emblem Heroesnews coincides with a mysterious announcement Nintendo has scheduled on its YouTube page. The short live announcement will air in Japan tomorrow, Friday, April 28th at 12:30 P.M. Tokyo time. There's no word on what this announcement will showcase other than "deliver the latest information," in regards toFire Emblem Heroes.

While the live stream is only scheduled for 10 minutes, the news can range anywhere from new characters, new modes, or just game updates, though it is strange to set aside an entire live stream for just technical updates.

You can watch the live stream on Nintendo's mobile YouTube channel. We've also included some local times the live stream will air so you'll know exactly when it starts in Japan.
