Apple held its big annual WWDC keynote today, revealing a slew of new software and gadgets the company has in the works, including some exciting news for the mobile industry. Here are the top three things you need to know about the presentation.


iOS 11 arrives this fall

iOS 11 is coming this fall, bringing with it several new social features. iMessages are now stored in iCloud, meaning you can manage and delete your messages from any device. You'll also be able to make and receive payments between your contacts via iMessage.

Siri, too, has new functionailty, including the ability to translate sentences. She's also getting a new male/female voice alongside a fresh UI.

New iPad Pro

Apple unveiled a new 10.5 inch iPad Pro. The new model features a 12 mega-pixel camera and 7 mega-pixel selfie cam. The new iPad Pro starts at $649 for the 64GB model.

The App Store is getting a big redesign

The App Store's getting a big overhaul this year. The new interface will feature games more prominently with a games of the day section. App Store games will get their own tab, too, giving mobile games a more prominent spot.
