Game of Dice has got in the festive spirit with a feature-rich Christmas update that adds lots of new content to the Monopoly-style boardgame.

You'll likely be most pleased to learn about the Christmas map, which is chock-full of holiday scenery to get you in the mood.

Then there's a ton of none-Christmas features that are just as exciting. The first of these is a crafting system which lets you make everything in the game including skill cards, character and even Gems.

If you were hankering for a new mode, check out Guild Match which offers weekly rewards for battling other guilds on a weekend. If you play well, you can climb those ranks!

VIP dices have been increased to six stars, unlocking four brand new abilities. There are also a bunch of new skill cards and you can update both old and new ones with extra abilities using the hologram sticker system.

Finally, there's a new emoticon and a luxury shop. Here you can purchase special event skill cards using a new type of currency, luxury points. You can earn these by drawing or combining skill cards.

For the uninitiated, Game of Dice is a Monopoly-inspired board game which you play against the AI or a friend. Either way, you take it in turns to chuck dice and work your way around a multi-tiled board, taking properties on the way.

To win, you have to own the most real estate on the board and ensure that your opponent goes bankrupt. Each time you make it around the board, the value of your land increases so use this to your advantage.

If you're struggling, you can call on one of 65 different skill cards to try and swing the balance in your favour. Alternatively, you could try using a different dice or character, as each of these comes with its own abilities.

Since launch, Game of Dice has been downloaded over four million times globally, and made it to the Top 5 spot in Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong on Google Play.

Head on over to the App Store [download] or Google Play [download] to check it out right now.
