Our first tip for managing castaways? Use the auto-assign feature. It’s much easier this way, and the game’s AI is good at making sure that each castaway is doing the job they were made to do.

Secondly, invest your gems in castaways. The best villagers come from premium chests, which you can unlock with gems. Rather than using this precious currency on other prizes, focus on castaways. Castaways are the key to building a successful town.
