Her Story iOS screenshot games on sale

Hi there, and welcome to our round up of all the best games that are on sale for iOS at the moment. It's not a vintage week in terms of numbers, but I'm pretty sure that every single one of these is worth picking up if you haven't already played them.

As usual I've stuck download links below, and links to our reviews where applicable. If you've spotted anything that you think should be included in the list, then make sure you stick your suggestions in the comments at the bottom of the article. Sharing is caring after all.

Million Onion Hotel - download for iOS (now $2.99)

A wonderful, cheery puzzle game that's all about onions. It plays by its own rules, but does so with such charm that it's almost impossible not to fall in love with everything the game does. If you're looking for a unique puzzler to play over the weekend, then you should definitely consider getting this one.

You Must Build A Boat - download for iOS (now 99c)

Alternatively, you could give this one a go. It's a match-stuff puzzler with a lovely art-style that sees you, you guessed it, trying to build a boat. And you're not just matching stuff. There's an endless runner here as well. And an RPG. And it all comes together to create something really rather special.

Iesabel - download for iOS (now 99c)

A dark and gloomy hack and slasher that takes a lot of its cues from the likes of Diablo. Stomp through a beautifully realised world, and kill everything that gets in your path. It's not the most subtle of games, and there are a lot of buttons crammed on the screen, but if you're after some mindless violence it's well worth checking out.

Returner 77 - download for iOS (now $3.99)

Another excellent puzzle game with a style all of its own. If The Room was set in space in the future, then it might be a bit like this. You're poking and prodding your way through puzzles on a massive, gorgeous-looking alien space craft, uncovering an intriguing mystery as you do. This is the sort of game you're going to curl up on the sofa with and really sink into.

Her Story - download for iOS (now $2.99)

One of the best games of recent years, Her Story is a story told in snatches of video. It's all about solving a whodunnit, piecing together bits of testimony to try and solve a strange mystery. It's brilliant, it's absolutely enthralling, and it's going to leave you thinking about its twists and turns for a good long while.

Crowman and Wolfboy - download for iOS (now 99c)

A slick auto-running platformer that sees you controlling the titular heroes. There are 40 levels to work your way through, and you'll need to be on your toes if you want to get the bizarre duo to the end of the game. It's fun, it's sharp, and there are mutant garbage cans in it. Honestly, what's not to like about that?
