Psycho Cupcakes, located in Windsor Park Shopping Center in Mechanicsburg, PA, is so much more than the average bakery, offering cupcakes, of course, but also cakes, pies, cookies and brownies—all distinctively original and all completely made from scratch. Our creations are distinguished by their original designs, inventive and tasty flavor combinations unseen elsewhere, and our extraordinary Italian buttercream, which features a smooth, soft texture and a lightly buttery vanilla flavor that’s not overly sweet, providing the perfect complement to any flavor of cake—and we offer over 36 distinct flavors! Our cakes are moist, light and delicious, with amazing texture and highlighting fresh ingredients, including REAL butter, cream, fruit, nuts, etc. Our cakes can include one of 18 different fillings, ranging from fruit to ganache, cream cheese, buttercream, whipped cream and a variety of mousses and topped with 18 different icings, featuring every imaginable flavor of buttercream as well as Swiss meringue, ganache or whipped cream. We also bake 3” and 9” pies including pumpkin, apple crumb, pecan, mince and key lime. Our delectable cookie offerings include gingersnaps, sugar, pumpkin spice, gingerbread, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. And our brownies (choose from fudge, Oreo and caramel walnut) are not just big, they’re colossal! Have a wedding, birthday or other special occasion that calls for an extraordinary cake? Psycho Cupcakes is able to assist with your event planning, providing tastings and consultations as well as delivery service. And regardless of your dietary restrictions, or how far out-of-the-box you want us to venture (including adult cakes and confections), we can create a delectable treat just right for you and your celebration!
