What Crepe?, with locations on E. Liberty Street in Ann Arbor, MI and on S. Washington Ave. in Royal Oak, MI, redefines the traditional French creperie while incorporating a cutting-edge element into our casual gourmet Euro-inspired restaurant. Whether you join us for lunch, dinner, dessert or weekend brunch, you’re certain to find a selection to please your palate. Utilizing the simple crepe as a canvas, we design over 50 different incredible edible creations, each one freshly made to order from ingredients of the highest quality, most of which are locally sourced. What Crepe? not only features our signature savory and sweet crepes, we also provide build-your-own alternatives for both, including vegan and gluten-free options. Additionally, we offer signature soups made fresh daily, crisp salads with house-made dressings, and sweet or savory appetizer flights highlighted by our What Crepe? crispies with your choice of house-made dips, pates, jams and con quesos. In addition to our assortment of teas and coffee blends, we have a full bar with a variety of libations suited to complement your experience. Open Tuesday-Sunday; available Mondays for private events up to 75 guests.
