iRiS BrandApp is a complete end-to-end solution which enables hotel brands to connect with their guests before, during and after their stay. The new multi-tenanted brand app allows guests to access all the hotels within a group, search for and book a room, make advance requests, make service requests and room service orders once checked in, access their loyalty points and rewards scheme and allow the hotel to communicate post-stay too. If your brand has an existing booking application, iRiS can integrate into this app to provide the guest with a complete experience.
