App Description

iRiS Guest Valet allows guests to access and interact with the complete range of facilities and services on offer at your hotel.

This interactive application replaces the traditional guest welcome pack with up-to-date, live destination information and enables guests to purchase in-room dining, shop for products both internally and externally, book spa treatments, interact with hotel systems such as the TV or Room Controls, access local maps and attractions and even airport and flight information.
Content and operations management is controlled through our cloud-based iRiS Manager, which allows content changes to be made instantly and enables two-way messaging with guests in any language.
The application is designed for tablets and is fully integrated with a large number of IPTV, RMS/BMS, POS, & PMS systems as well as external, web based bookings and reservations systems.
Our applications are as easy to navigate and use as possible. Truly intuitive and comfortable, our User Interface has been engineered and designed to create a seamless experience for all audiences both in terms of visual hierarchy and content and users are never more than a swipe or a tap away from their desired feature. Highly responsive, it moves swiftly in pace with the user and is fully flexible for updates to be installed and changes to be integrated.
The beautiful and dynamic imagery is the ideal background for interacting with the hotel in the most convenient way possible and offers an improved guest experience. All useful and regularly searched-for content is easy to find and is available in several languages, eliminating communication barriers resulting in more convenience for guests.
