App Description
This application is the mobile version of Florida Health Connect portal. It allows you to see your medical data as it is imported and visible from your patient portal account. Among other features, the app integrates with the Apple Health app, enabling you to upload health tracking data from your mobile device to your Florida Health Connect account.
