In order to form habits, it is best to set some goals and try to achieve them. With Metrics you can add multiple goals per metric, daily, weekly or monthly. Set a goal to achieve a total value during a time, or an average value. Your goal can be set to have a value higher, lower or equal to your target. If you don’t care about the values and you want just to form a habit to track often, set a goal to add a value for a metric in a number of days.

With a Pro account, you can create unlimited custom metrics, gain access to more stats and to a new widget type.

You can choose one of many quantities to track, including but not limited to:
• Length
• Mass
• Volume
• Time
• Duration
• Energy
• Binary Data
• Percent
• Rating Star

All standard quantities support multiple units, from metric, imperial and US systems.

Metrics integrates with HealthKit in order to access the measurements you want to track.
