2. Run Preparation Plan
Fitness journey begins here for the first timers and experienced runners to train and become healthier versions of themselves.
Explore the 5K & 10K running plans to get more active and fitter. Select plan based on your fitness.

3.Tracks Steps & Calories
The Smart t-shirt identifies & calculates the total number of footsteps you have walked, distance travelled, time, pace and calories burnt.

4.Timeline
Timeline records your activities, fitness goals, location check in's, daily tasks, reminders and much more. You can interact with your buddies by sharing and receiving the timeline cards.
