Be vewy, vewy qwiet. I’m hunting wunners featuwing wabbits, and luckily, it’s duck season wunner season. Zynga has unveiled Looney Tunes Dash!: a runner featuring Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, Road Runner, and more.

Following on from fan feedback, the developers have aimed to give players a game that has a sense of progression – meaning that, unlike many runners, levels do have a completion point. By completing levels, players can unlock new characters and landscapes iconic to fans of the animation classics.

Looney Tunes Dash! is set to release in select countries (and Tazmania?) this week in Acme’s Apple’s App Store. For those asking “What’s up Doc?”, more details are set to be announced in the coming months. Hopefully in the form of a note attached to a falling anvil.

Th-th-th-that’s all folks!

destinycomp16At this point I’m relatively certain most of the country is familiar with Destiny. And for those looking to augment their game a bit, Bungie has changed their Bungie Mobile Companion App to Destiny Companion.

Destiny Companion is meant to make it easier for you to monitor things like clan activity and special events from outside the game, and if you’ve got any Guardians of your own sitting at home it’s probably something you should take a look at. But where to start?

Disney Interactive has released a new infographic detailing the statistics of the Galactic Civil War in Star Wars: Commander.

The Empire has pulled ahead with more than 57% of the player base. Russia, Austria, Germany, Finland and the Ukraine have all joined the Empire (either willingly or unwillingly), but there is some hope. The Rebel Alliance has India, most of South America, and Africa fighting against the empire.

Strangely, North Dakota seems to be the only bastion of Rebel forces amidst the rest of the United States, which has gone full on Dark Side.

You can check out more info on the Disney Interactive blog, and you can download Star Wars: Commander off the App Store for free.

Peggle Blast is Coming to iOS Soon

Posted by on September 11th, 2014

EA has announced that a new Peggle will be making its way onto iOS soon, in the form of Peggle Blast. The game features a more cartoony art style than Peggle Classic, but will still feature all of the skill shots and peg destroying players expect from the series.

This announcement will not be much of a shock to some however, with Peggle Blast likely being the final version of the game currently out in New Zealand – known only as Peggle.

A release date and official pricing are yet to be announced for Peggle Blast, but if the app does indeed follow the same pattern as the similar version currently available in New Zealand it will be free to download.
