The App Store is no stranger to the Dragon Quest series, and has had its fair share of ports for quite some time. That tradition is staying pretty much exactly the same with the release of Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation.
We've already had versions of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and eighth games in the franchise, which leaves a weird little gap for numbers six and seven. But now we have that sixth game, so yay! And it looks to be using the same system as everything else - in other words it plays in portrait mode, uses a giant movement stick, has a camera that can be rotated, etc.Realms of Revelation also includes a few odd distractions such as the Casino, a Slippin' Slume mini-game, and the Slimopolis arena where they can recruit their own slimes, train them, then make them do battle for their amusement (and profit!).
Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation is available now for $14.99.
