Another week, another new wave of mobile games do dive into. We've dug through the list of apps that came out this week to tell you which apps are worth your sweet time. And while there weren't too many games this week, there were some big ones. Hit the jump to see some of the best apps we played this week!

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy
Telltale's latest narrative adventure centers on Marvel's massively popular, space-based superheroes, the Guardians of the Galaxy. Taking the tried-and-true, story-based gameplay of previous Telltale Games, Guardians of the Galaxy is the best way to get ready for Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 in May. Combining the irreverent humor, great dialogue, and space-based action of the movies, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy from Telltale Games is your best bet for a quality superhero game fix.

Get Me Outta Here
Get Me Outta Here is a fun, throwback retro shooter where one bald man battles a horde of aliens using fancy sci-fi weaponry, cool power-ups, and a bunch of gun mods. It's like Super Mario if Mario was an 80s action hero instead of a plumber. The game even includes some great retro-style graphics that makes it perfect for players who love games like Metal Slug. While the game follows a long list of similar mobile arena shooters, the style, and attitude of Get Me Outta Here makes the game another good collection to your App library. Pick it up for free now on iOS devices.

Vignette
Vignette is an artsy exploration game that lets players travel through different worlds by traveling into objects. Even though the gameplay is pretty much boiled down to turning objects around until you find the entrance to the next "level", Vignette's colorful art style and charming presentation makes the game worth the visit. Vignette's is the perfect, charming little experience for your morning commute if you're inclined to pay $2.99 for admission.
