L’Oréal Professionnel’s Pro Fiber app is the first in-salon application to make a complete diagnosis of hair damage.
Developed for professional hairdressers, this diagnosis tool is to be used in salon during hair consultation. Very intuitive and easy to use, it contains questions to be answered by hairdresser, and questions to be answered by client.
At the end of the questionnaire, the application calculates the client’s hair profile, quantifies the level of hair damage, and gives a tailor-made prescription for complete hair repair. If necessary, this flexible prescription can be modified by the hairdresser.
And thanks to the e-mailing option, the Pro Fiber app enables long-term follow-up with every client. Because true repair is one that lasts.
