Beacon Guides is an electronic multimedia guide that can combine audio, picture, text and quizzes, to power tours, guides, and treasure hunts for any location, while being the world’s easiest implementation of ibeacon technology to keep users informed of their location within a space.

If an institution you are visiting is using Beacon Guides to publish content to its visitors, you will need to download this app to gain access. If you want to create your own experiences and guides to publish through Beacon Guides, you can register for free on the Beacon Guides administration console, at http://www.museumguidesapp.com/console/.
