App Description
Help-IT is a tool that protects your security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and it is sold by subscription.
If you need help, if you feel in danger or if you are in difficulties of any kind, Help-IT connects you instantly with the Operations Centre that locates your position and provides you with immediate telephone assistance in 9 languages.
You just tap on the screen the symbol for the type of danger you need and Help-IT, your mobile launches a call to the monitoring station which will answer an operator speaking one of the nine languages you have chosen at installation .
The operator will locate your position on the monitors, it will give the maximum assistance and will undertake work to provide immediate help.
If your phone, for any reason, is unable to make the call, once we sent a signal of distress, after a few minutes will be the operational center to groped to contact your cell phone number and simultaneously send on site a patrol car service and uniformed personnel armed, legally authorized.
The Operations Centre has staff legally authorized to interface with the Police, First Aid, Fire Brigade, and can also, by its own means, to provide assistance of any other nature on the spot where you are, on the whole the Italian territory.
With Help-IT you are safe in any situation of need, for example, episodes of aggression that increasingly see women as the victims.
To ensure the safety of people you love, in this version is a Plug-IN was added that allows you to locate your position even if the App is back ground.
