Curds is an exciting program to help take you through the steps to make great cheese. To make great cheese consistently you have to take a detailed consistent approach to the process. I have placed common recipes for cheeses in this simple, easy to follow application with detailed explanations and timers to help you make a consistent product. Many recipes can take you less than 30 minutes, whereas some may take up to 8 hours before pressing and final aging.
Regardless it is meant to be fun, exciting and satisfying as you make your own cheese for home enjoyment!
