By using this app you can start to get fit and healthy by doing simple exercises for a short period of time each day, and also enjoy a healthy balanced Weetabix breakfast by following the recipe suggestions.

By following the Weetabix Monday to Friday Challenge you will complete 2 exercises each day, which can be done at home without any equipment, and enjoy 2 rest days at the weekends.

Weetabix contains 95% wholegrain, fibre for healthy digestion, thiamin for a healthy heart and each day there is a different serving suggestion to help you enjoy all this Weetabix goodness!

The Monday to Friday Challenge runs for four weeks but you can repeat as much as you would like. We would love you to post your progress on our Facebook page
