• Model and Property Release Made Easy
Leave the pen and paper at home! No longer will you have to bring a pile of model or property releases with you when you go shooting, all you need is your iPhone or iPad and the FREE Releases app by 500px.
• Why Do I Need Model and Property Releases Anyway?
Every photo you sell that features a recognizable person MUST feature a model release unless it is being used for certain news reporting purposes. Same goes for photos taken on private property, or in certain well-known locations – you’ll need a property release.
The free Releases app makes this otherwise annoying detail much easier to handle. In seconds you can draft the appropriate release and have the property owner or model sign it with their finger right there on your iPhone or iPad screen.
• Create, Sign, Save, and Export Releases On-the-Go
A ridiculously simple interface helps you draft a legally-binding model or property release in seconds, and then sign it right there on your device. Once a release is signed, you’ll have a PDF ready to save for later, print, or export to apps like Dropbox or Box.
You can even save model or location information for later! Using the same model for several shoots this month? No problem. Save their info so you don’t have to fill everything out each time. Just update the shoot details and have them sign.
