What is Justrequest?

- justrequest is the new app for communication, designed to be used during your holiday or business trip, which permits you to get in direct touch with your hotel or cruise ship.

- Before arrival: Double check your booking comfortably direct with the hotel. Submit your special requests and specific requirements to the hotel before the journey starts.

- At the destination: Avoid long, tiring waits at the Front Desk or on the phone if you have a request or wish to communicate an incident. With the help of Justrequest you can do just the same, but in an easy and comfortable way.

- Manage your requests yourself on your smartphone and read about the stage of handling each one of them is in.


- Be among the first to hear about any news or special events taking place at your hotel.

- Should your hotel still not offer Justrequest, you can always fall back on the good old sentence: “I don´t mind waiting – I´m on holiday.”
