Fix search controller to not clear results after viewing the details of a project.
- Now much less annoying when using the search function.

Other adjustments include:
- Lighten most highlights to a less intense yellow.
- Adjust titles on refresh indicators to display white text.
- Replace regional projects subtitle status ("completed", "under construction") with major PIN.
- Add bid opening date to end of regional projects subtitle.

- Remove cost performance dot from regional projects list.
- Replace it with a colored "cost" and "schedule" text in the project subtitle.
- Em-biggen performance status dot in project details for cost and schedule performance.

In addition to the changes in 1.2.1:
Touched up the interface:
- Added some color to "REGIONS" and "FILTERS" on the regions main list.
- Adjusted the titles of the four categories in the details of a project to also be upper-case.
- Changed the blurred road image in the Information screen from dynamically blurred to statically blurred, should like nicer on older devices.

In addition to the changes in 1.2:
1. New interface for project details.
2. New information view, about the app itself.
3. Map, if available, stays visible.

The project details should now show without any text clipping or truncation issues. 4 sections demarcate project information: General, Finance, Construction, and Contract.

App Description

Find out what transportation projects are happening in New York State. Ever wonder when that road project will be finished? How much it cost? Find out by selecting the region it is in and then find it among the open projects. You can also search for projects and see only opened/closed or within/over budget projects.

Public data via Open NY.

Choosing a region lists which projects are located therein. Each project summary shows the cost performance, title, and construction, contract or current amounts as labeled. Selecting a project presents detailed information: the scheduling and dates, various statuses, financials and descriptions. If the project can be approximately mapped it will be displayed at the top.

NYS refreshes their data set nightly, D.O.T. Projects keeps data hourly.
