Your Yoga is a handy software App that helps both Yogi and Students.

Yogi's can use the App to connect with their Students. Following a Yoga Session, the Yogi can send a refresher of the lesson to their students who then can, as they choose, review and practice the Yoga Session again and again. All the Yogi needs to do to make this possible is record the Session. Once the Session is complete and recorded, the Yogi can upload the Session's video to YouTube and then create a YourYoga Lesson plan summarizing the Session, all Poses, and the Video Clips that cover the Poses, along with helpful notes pertaining to the pose. Once the Lesson plan is complete, the Yogi selects Share, chooses the Lesson Plan, and the selects Compose email button. The App bundles the Lesson plan and attaches it to the Email automatically.

Students will enjoy the opportunity to receive reminders an follow-up instruction for their Yoga Classes. they will be able to re-watch their Yogi instructions while perfecting their poses between classes.
