Intelity's ICE for Senior Living allows residents and their families to fully engage in all the amenities their community has to offer. Residents can utilize the tablet-based, in-room application to view information about daily dining choices and recreational activities, browse the Internet, access a digital copy of a newspaper or magazine, play games, or stay in touch with family and friends through various social media channels.

Requests for services such as dining, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance and healthcare can be easily placed by residents directly through the app and immediately transmitted to staff. Intelity’s ICE for Senior Living also provides management and staff with a powerful means to communicate with residents via individual or community-wide messaging, track resident requests and fulfill these requests more efficiently.

ICE is fully customizable with a community's logo, colors, fonts, and imagery. What's more, built-in content management tools allow staff and management to make real-time changes to available services, menus, calendars and more. Powerful metrics provide each administrative user with a customized dashboard to monitor data that's important to their role or department.

The ICE application is sleek, intuitive and designed to work across multiple platforms, including tablets, smartphones, PCs, web browsers, and common area kiosks.
